Your Wedding, Your Way: Complementary Consultation
Need ideas on wedding decor, flowers, DJ or planning? Contact us for a free consultation at our Kitchener-Waterloo showroom, where we will discuss your vision and get a better sense of what you require from us on your wedding day. We will then put together a custom package, specific to your needs encompassing all the items we discussed, whether that be wedding decor, DJ, and floral design, wedding planning or all of the above. A visual design storyboard can also be put together at an additional charge of $50. The design board will feature your wedding palate, complete with floral design and decor ideas that focus on the colour palate specific to your wedding day.
We would also love to help you with venue recomendations. We have worked with many venues in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, as well as in other venues in Southern Ontario.
Wedding Coordinator and Wedding Planning
The Event Firm Inc. offers personalized wedding planning focusing on every detail of your wedding day. It’s all about you and your vision. The goal is to create that vision within a client’s budget and exceed all of their expectations. We will work closely with you to make sure your wedding decor vision and floral design concepts are brought to life in a stunning way. We will take care of every detail for you, so that you have nothing to worry about on your wedding day. Planning services range from hourly assistance, starting at $100 per hour and $50 for every hour after the first, day of planning, to full service wedding planning. We love planning weddings in Kitchener-Waterloo or anywhere in Southern Ontario. Clients from outside the province, who are coming back to the region for their wedding day can also rely on us to coordinate their wedding day.
DJ
At The Event Firm Inc., we prides ourselves on excellent music selection. Our DJ’s mission is to get your guests on the dance floor. They know music can set the tone for an event and bring it to life. All of our DJs know how to read a crowd. They will follow all your instructions for your wedding day, and are all extensively trained and able to MC your wedding, or help your MC in any way needed.

Wedding Decor
The Event Firm Inc. believes that well designed wedding decor can bring any bride’s vision to life. We will work with you on your vision so that you know exactly what your day will look like. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our design, so that you can be as relaxed on your wedding day as your guests are. We will then design stunning floral pieces to beautifully match your decorated setting.
Flower Design
One of our designers will personally work with to create a flower design that matches your vision perfectly. We will teach you about seasonal flowers and help you achieve the perfect look for you wedding day. Our floral design services include: wedding bouquet design, boutonniere concept, centrepiece design. We will personally deliver and set up all of your flowers to the exact look we have created together. If you are unable to meet with us at our Kitchener-Waterloo office, we will be sure to send you a personalized story board showing a wide range of arrangement styles in the colour palate of your choice, so that you can rest assured that you vision will come to life on your wedding day.
